Where we press for change

We challenge the assumption that an institutional report should settle a question merely because of its source. Our focus is the evidence, the method and the child’s ability to participate in a fair examination.

Civil Procedure Code Articles 162–173 are the starting point. We also advocate funding for necessary independent expertise where cost would otherwise put it beyond reach, with safeguards against unnecessary repeated assessment of a child. [1]
