Where we press for change
A recommendation or judgment needs a next step. We press for named responsibilities, implementation dates and a route to challenge inaction. We ask what has changed for the child, not only what document has been issued.
The Child Rights Code’s provisions on enforcement and reasoned decisions guide this work. Institutions should explain unresolved tasks as clearly as completed ones. [1]
