CHILD RIGHTS GEORGIA / Your information

Your message and personal information

This notice explains how Child Rights Georgia handles an initial enquiry submitted through this website.

Who controls the information

The controller is ბავშვის უფლებები (Child Rights), identification number 406338477, registered at 49 Mikheil Gakhokidze Street, Samgori District, Tbilisi, Georgia. Privacy enquiries may be sent to info@childrights.ge.

What we collect and why

Email address, topic and message are required because we cannot review or answer an enquiry without them. Name, organisation and phone or WhatsApp number are optional. To protect the form and investigate abuse, each submission also records the connection IP address, basic request headers and browser information such as user agent, language, reported timezone, platform, screen size and referring page. We use IP intelligence to estimate country, region, network/ASN and, where the configured service provides it, indicators such as VPN, proxy, Tor or datacenter use. We do not use enquiry details for marketing.

Do not send a child’s case information

This public form is only for an initial enquiry. Do not include a child’s or another person’s name, case number, school, medical information, allegations, documents or other identifying or sensitive information. If such information is received unexpectedly, access will be restricted while we assess whether it should be deleted, minimised or handled through a more appropriate channel. This form is not an emergency service.

Recipients and retention

Authorised members of the website team can access the restricted inbox. The hosting provider processes stored records for us. When email delivery is enabled, the complete form submission and recorded connection details are also sent to the organisation’s contact mailbox. Web enquiries remain in the restricted inbox until an authorised administrator deletes them manually; they are not automatically removed after 30 days. The separate rate-limit record remains temporary. The public website never publishes the message or its technical metadata.

Cookies and external services

A necessary session cookie keeps the form and administration secure. The website has no advertising or audience analytics. If reCAPTCHA v3 is enabled, Google receives the technical information needed to assess whether a submission is automated. For IP country/network and security signals, the server may send the submitter’s IP address to ipapi.is; VPN, proxy, Tor and datacenter indicators depend on the service data available for that address and are not treated as proof of a person’s actual location or identity. Google Fonts may receive an IP address and browser information when a font loads. Hosting, email and external websites maintain their own technical records and privacy arrangements.

Your rights

You may ask whether we process your information and request access, a copy, correction, deletion, blocking or termination of processing where the law permits. Email info@childrights.ge and include the message reference if available. We will answer within the period required by Georgian law. You may also complain to the competent Georgian data-protection supervisory authority or a court.
